Returns & Refunds

• Eligibility: If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process and provide a return address.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of your refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

Exceptions

Please note that items returned in damaged condition or missing original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
